Shipping policy

1. Payment Methods

During the ordering process, the following payment methods can be selected:

  • PayPal (including PayPal Invoice Purchase)
  • Shopify Payments

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. They depend on the quantity of goods, particularly on weight and volume.

Within Germany

For a shopping cart total under €50, the shipping costs are:

Hermes: €4.95

DHL GoGreen: €5.95

Island surcharge per piece of luggage: €7.00

For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free (excluding the island surcharge of €7.00 per piece of luggage).

Outside Germany
Currently, delivery is available to the entire European Union as well as Norway and Switzerland.

EU Zone 1 – Hermes: €9.50
Countries: Austria, Italy, Netherlands, France, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic

EU Zone 2 – Hermes: €10.00
Countries: Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Monaco

EU Zone 3 – Hermes: €13.50
Countries: Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden

EU Zone 4 – Hermes: €17.90
Countries: Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria

EU Zone 5 – Hermes: €32.25
Countries: Finland, Greece, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

Delivery to Norway via DHL GoGreen (up to 2 kg): €18.49

Delivery to Switzerland via DHL GoGreen (up to 2 kg): €15.49

For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free, except for EU Zones 4 and 5, Switzerland, and Norway.

General
Subsequent deliveries are free of shipping costs.

 

3. Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Apollo Dion GmbH selects the packaging at its best discretion.
Shipping is carried out from the warehouse of Apollo Dion GmbH to the address provided by the customer. Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer are at their own risk.
Shipping is carried out with DHL GoGreen or Hermes.
Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. In general, shipping occurs as soon as all items are ready for dispatch and in stock. Availability of a product is displayed when selecting the product.
